Lori, Rebekah, Paula, and I would like to say how the trip exceeded our expectations. Your crew of Ian, Stewart, Damien, and Yaz was fantastic. Safety was always a number one concern of the crew, followed by service. Ian, the Captain, was always diligent in directing his crew and ensuring we had the best experience we could get, all the while considering the rough weather. He was everywhere, making sure the Glen Massan was operating at its best. He was constantly communicating with the passengers' daily plans and asked for our input. He obviously wanted happy cruisers and a happy crew as well. Damien was a most delightful and magical cook. He delivered the best of Scottish cuisine day after day. Yaz was constantly ensuring our comfort and provided the best service consistently. She was always a step ahead of us, looking to meet our needs. Stewart was always there in the background helping in all parts of the boat's administration, including dinner service. A good mate for Ian that he could depend on. Again The Glen Massan was a wonderful experience!
